The aspects that appeal to me most about the Chem-Dry system are:

• The support network available, either from head office or other franchisees. The support has been wonderful whenever it has been needed.
• The Chem-Dry name has a wonderful reputation and a lot of work comes from it alone.
• The fact that Chem-Dry is the largest franchise for carpet cleaning.
• The process is excellent and I enjoy being able to do an excellent job because of it. I hate not being able to perform at high standards and I feel that the process allows meto do this.
• The standard monthly royalty, rather than a percentage of income, is preferable. It means the more I make the more I keep.

• Firstly, the working flexibility and how I can organise the business to suit the times I want to work. This gives me my independence.
